Our Class Locations
(Taman Tasik Perdana), KL
Lake Gardens Kuala Lumpur (Botanical Gardens), Jalan Kebun Bunga, Tasik Perdana, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
Meet under the large yellow roof in the middle of Lake Gardens, adjacent to the lake.
Some free parking is available at the main entrance, but this is often full. Paid parking is available at the nearby multi-story car park, or you can park for free on the road outside KL Bird Park, but allow 10 mins to get to the class meeting point.
Arena MBSJ, Subang Jaya
Arena MBSJ (Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya), Persiaran Perpaduan, Usj 5, 47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
At the trackside grandstand seating area (nearest side to the main entrance).
Plenty of free parking is available on the road outside the stadium.
LHDN Tax Office (off Jalan Duta)
LHDN, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim, Kompleks Bangunan Kerajaan, 50600 Kuala Lumpur.
The rectangular-shaped concrete area at the bottom of both hills on the 1km loop that goes around the tax office buildings. Just drive around the loop until you reach the bottom of the hill (nearest to Jalan Duta highway) and you will see it!
Plenty of free parking is available right next to the meeting point.
Institut Integriti, Taman Duta KL
Persiaran Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin, Bukit Tunku, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
Outside the Tun Razak Hockey Stadium (we will then walk 100m up the hill together towards the road that leads into Institut Integriti).
Plenty of free parking is available outside the hockey stadium. Do NOT park on the Institut Integriti road, as we will use that for running!
Sepang (Serenia City Central Park)
Serenia City Central Park, Persiaran Bandar Serenia, Serenia City, 43900, Selangor.
At #sereniacity lettering signage (opposite the roundabout, near the park).
Plenty of free parking available at the Park.
Kompleks Sukan Bandar Baru Bangi
Pesiaran Pekeliling, Seksyen 15 Bandar Baru Bangi, 43650 Kajang, Selangor
Meet within the grandstand.
Plenty of free parking is available within the sports complex.

• Wear suitable running apparel and shoes.
• Bring water and a small towel (sweat guaranteed)!
• All fitness levels are welcome. We are very experienced at ensuring all ability levels get the same benefit and enjoyment from every session!
• All class attendees must be double vaccinated.
• Social distancing will be maintained during the class.
• You must scan in via the MySejahtera App at the start of class.
